Pineglen offers competitive seasonal rates for nightly, weekly, and monthly stays, with special savings on extended 3-month packages. All rates include cable, water, sewer, and electric for up to four guests.
Oct 1 - Mar 1: (Winter)
Nightly: $76
Weekly Rate: $465
Monthly rate: $1400
Any 3 months: $3850 (savings of $410 - tax included - $250 dep - bal due upon arrival)

Cancellation Policy
Holidays and events: If cancellation occurs 1-7 days of arrival, all charges will be forfeited. If cancellation occurs 8 days or more prior to arrival date, a $100 cancellation fee will be applied.
Short Term: Cancellations made more than 48 hours of arrival date qualify for refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date are non-refundable.
Long Term (1 month or longer): 30 days notice is required to cancel. Approved cancellations will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. Failure to provide 30-day notice may result in forfeiture of any applicable refund.
