Nestled away among the palm trees, pine trees and fishing ponds we offer a quiet retreat just minutes from the best white sand beaches, golf courses, restaurants and shopping malls that Panama City Beach has to offer. We are friendly, easy to get to, and hard to leave. Give us a try and you’ll see why our guests come back year after year.

PLEASE NOTE:
All 50 amp RV’s must be on a 50 amp site. No exceptions
No window A/C units.
HOLIDAY AND SPECIAL EVENTS:
Minimum 3 day booking and one weeks notice for cancellation.
Nightly rate: $78
CANCELLATION POLICY
You must cancel within 48 hours of arrival to receive a refund. We will keep $10.00 as a cancellation fee. Holidays and Special Events require a 7 day notice to cancel. Any stay for a month or longer will require a 30 day cancellation with a forfeiture of $100 of the deposit.
