Weekly: $526.00+tax.

Adult over age 24 required during Spring Break – Strictly Enforced
2 non-commercial vehicles
All RVs must be RVIA certified.
Tents of any kind not allowed.
Up to 2 well behaved pets allowed
All 50 amp RV’s must be on a 50 amp site. No exceptions
No window A/C units.
All Prices are plus tax. (State, County, and City taxes are 13.5%)

Extras:
Extra person/vehicle: $5/night
HOLIDAY AND SPECIAL EVENTS:
Minimum 3 day booking and one weeks notice for cancellation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You must cancel prior to 48 hours of arrival to receive a refund. We will keep $10.00 as a cancellation fee. Holidays and Special Events require a 7 day notice to cancel. Any stay for a month or longer will require a 30 day cancellation with a forfeiture of $100 of the deposit.
