CANCELLATION POLICY
Holidays and events: If cancellation occurs 1-7 days of arrival, all charges will be forfeited. If cancellation occurs 8 days or more prior to arrival date, a $100 cancellation fee will be applied.
Short Term: Cancellations made more than 48 hours of arrival date qualify for refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date are non-refundable.
Long Term: (1 month or longer) – 30 days notice is required to cancel. Approved cancellations will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. Failure to provide 30-day notice may result in forfeiture of any applicable refund.
You must cancel prior to 48 hours of arrival to receive a refund. We will keep $25.00
as a cancellation fee. Holidays and Special Events require a 7-day notice to cancel. Any stay for a month or
longer will require a 30-day cancellation with a forfeiture of $100 of the deposit.
All Prices are plus tax. (State, County, and City taxes are 13.5%) Except as noted above.

RV Storage Rates: $25 per week or $80 per month, credit card on file is charged according to contract agreement.
