CANCELLATION POLICY
You must cancel prior to 48 hours of arrival to receive a refund. We will keep $10.00
as a cancellation fee. Holidays and Special Events require a 7-day notice to cancel. Any stay for a month or
longer will require a 30-day cancellation with a forfeiture of $100 of the deposit.
All Prices are plus tax. (State, County, and City taxes are 13.5%) Except as noted above.

RV Storage Rates: $25 per week or $80 per month, credit card on file is charged according to contract
agreement.
